A full ream of 500 A4 sheets in 90 gsm cream laid, internally sized, watermarked with the RPCO mark in the lower left of each sheet. This is the stock everything else in the paper range is matched to, so a letter on this will sit correctly with a card from the correspondence box and an envelope from the envelope box.
At 90 gsm it is a letter weight rather than a notebook weight: light enough that three sheets and an envelope stay inside a single stamp, heavy enough that it does not show through under a medium nib. A wet broad will ghost slightly on the reverse. It will not bleed.
Sold by the ream because a ream is a year of letters for most people and costs about a third per sheet of what a 50-sheet pack does. Store it flat, in its wrapper, away from damp — laid paper takes up moisture and a damp sheet feathers where a dry one does not.
