What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to take an order and deliver it, and nothing for the sake of having it.

Card numbers are entered into our payment processor's hosted fields and never reach our servers. We can see the last four digits and the card brand on an order, which is what the processor returns to us, and nothing else.
Who we share it with
Four categories of recipient, all of them necessary to complete an order.
- Our payment processor, to authorise and settle the charge.
- The carrier, to deliver the parcel: name, address and a contact email.
- Our accountant, for the statutory record.
- A regulator or court, where we are legally required to.
We do not sell personal data, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not share customer data with advertising networks. There is no advertising pixel on this site.

Your rights
Wherever you live, we will honour the following on request to support@rpcogoods.store, within 30 days.
- Access. A copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correction. Any inaccurate detail fixed.
- Deletion. Everything removed, except records we are legally obliged to retain for tax purposes.
- Portability. Your data in a machine-readable file.
- Objection. Stop any processing that is not needed to complete an order.
California residents have the additional rights set out in the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected and the right to opt out of sale. We do not sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the request route is the same address.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies. None of them are advertising cookies.
