RPCO Supply Co.
Who you are contracting with, how an order becomes a contract, what we promise about the measured figures, and the limits of our liability.
These terms govern your use of rpcogoods.store and any purchase made on it. The contracting party is RPCO Vitality Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered office 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, trading as RPCO Supply Co.
By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when the order is placed, and we may decline an order before that point.

Every measured figure on this site — nib widths, paper weights, dimensions, bottle volumes — is a real measurement taken here, stated with its test conditions. Those conditions matter: a nib width is quoted with the ink and the paper it was measured on.
Natural materials vary. Ebonite, walnut and undyed leather differ from piece to piece in colour and figure, and photographs show character rather than the exact item. Hand-ground nibs are individually cut and no two are identical.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of data.
Items sold here are writing instruments and stationery. Inks and waxes are not foodstuffs and are not to be ingested. Sealing wax is melted over a flame; the warmer and the spoon get hot. Keep both away from children.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, and we keep an archive. Changes are never applied retroactively to a completed order.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
